What is an event accreditation software?
Event accreditation software centralizes the access requests of everyone who works on an event — media, suppliers, delegations, partners, staff — then issues the passes and controls entries zone by zone. Do we have to rebuild the accreditation list every time?
No. Qomeet separates permanent accredited people, registered once for the season, from one-off ones handled event by event. Your recurring partners, media and contractors register at the start of the season and that is settled for every fixture.
Can parking, catering and merchandise be handled with the accreditation?
Yes, and it is the same pass. The rights granted cover more than zones: catering, parking, accommodation, transport and merchandise are all assigned from the same list, checked in real time, with instant reports on what was actually used.
Does access control work without a network?
Yes. The Qomeet Access app works offline: the terminals keep reading and authorising passes, then resynchronise as soon as the network returns. It also interfaces with the access control equipment already installed on site.
