VAT a year for 100 volunteers a year, with unlimited events. Beyond 300 volunteers a year, Qoezion Pro is priced on request. Qomeet, our accreditation software, is deployed with the help of a Quick-Off expert.
Qoezion handles the people who make the event run: volunteers and staff, from application through to scheduling and check-in. Qomeet handles those who come to work at it or be hosted: press, contractors, delegations, partners, with their passes, access zones and services. The two platforms are connected: a volunteer scheduled in Qoezion automatically receives the matching access right in Qomeet.
No. Quick-Off specialises in accreditation and volunteering; it is not an all-in-one tool. Our platforms interface with the ticketing, access control and cashless systems already in place, through open APIs. We do not handle invitations or your website, and we say so before the project rather than after.
Access control operates in offline mode: the terminals continue to read and authorize passes, then resynchronize. On the service side, the guaranteed annual uptime is 99.5 percent; critical incidents are addressed within thirty minutes; and this commitment is reinforced during competition periods.
Yes. The level of support is flexible: training for your teams and autonomy, backup from a project manager during peak periods, or full delegated management—in which case Quick-Off operates the volunteer program or the accreditation center on your behalf, including all equipment. The level of support may vary from one event to the next.
Quick-Off is a French company and hosts its platforms in Europe, in Paris for French clients. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is protected by strong authentication, and a Data Protection Officer oversees compliance. The Security Assurance Plan and the data processing agreement are available on request.
