Your accredited participants register themselves

And for participants with no affiliated organization — freelance journalists, officials, partners' guests — the accredited person fills in their own form (identity, photo, license plate, requirements). Rights are determined by the participant's category, not by data entry
Press box, mixed zone, pitchside, VIP area, parking: you write one rule per category and it applies to everyone, including tomorrow's registrations. At the gate, Qomeet Access reads the QR code or the RFID chip and decides on the zone, the time and the category. A canceled pass is turned away.
