Can Quick-Off manage both the volunteers and the accreditations of an event?
Yes. Our project managers support organizers on both fronts: volunteer and staff management with Qoezion, and accreditation and access control management with Qomeet. Events such as Musilac or the Monaco Grand Prix entrust us with both.
What is the difference between using your software and calling on your teams?
You can use Qoezion and Qomeet on your own, or be supported at different levels: training to get started, advice during the event, or full management where our project managers run your program on the ground.
What types of events do you work on?
On sporting and cultural events of all sizes: festivals, marathons and trails, triathlons, international championships, major events. From Musilac to the Courchevel-Méribel Alpine Ski World Championships.
How many project managers do you mobilize?
It depends on the scale of the event: for example 2 project managers at the Les Gets Mountain Bike World Championships, up to 6 at the Courchevel-Méribel Alpine Ski World Championships (1,200 volunteers).
Do you offer training on Qoezion and Qomeet?
Yes. Our event project managers train your teams to get started with Qoezion (volunteers) and Qomeet (accreditations), complemented by an online help center and an e-learning academy.
