Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The amount will be pro-rated for the remaining period. To switch to a lower plan, the change will take effect during your next billing period.

Counting is based on the principle of activation per event: one activation corresponds to one accepted volunteer application per event.
If the same person is accepted for two distinct events during the year, it counts as two activations (i.e. 1 activation per event).
No, there are no hidden fees. The displayed price includes access to all Qoezion features. The only additional costs concern activations consumed beyond the volume included in your subscription, billed at a rate of €2.50 (excluding tax) per activation, and any customized services (on-site training, specific developments, etc.).
